Chemical Distributors
Clean, dry, shiny — that’s what every customer is looking for when they pull into your wash, and that’s what we help you deliver. As car wash owners ourselves, we understand the balance between wash quality, chemical performance, customer satisfaction, and cost per car.
Through our partnership with Ver-Tech Labs, we provide high-performing solutions designed to create a clean, dry, shinier vehicle while keeping your operation focused on the price point, value, and consistency needed to run a successful wash.
Ver-Tech Labs’ reclaim-compatible chemistry helps reduce reclaim smell by addressing one of the main causes of odor: chemical incompatibility inside the reclaim system. In many washes, the soaps, presoaks, waxes, sealants, tire products, and foam products are not all designed to work together once they enter the reclaim tank. When incompatible products mix, they can create residue, buildup, oily layers, and insoluble material. That dirty buildup can feed odor-producing bacteria and make the reclaim water smell sour, rotten, or sewer-like. Ver-Tech says its reclaim-compatible formulas are designed so the wash and finishing products work together instead of fighting each other, resulting in cleaner reclaim water, better rinsing, less residue, and reduced odor.
The other key idea is biological balance. Reclaim tanks naturally contain bacteria because they collect dirt, oils, soap, road film, and organic material. Bad odors are often associated with anaerobic bacteria, which thrive in dirty, low-oxygen, sludge-heavy conditions and can produce sulfur-type smells. Ver-Tech’s older reclaim compatibility material explains that reclaim-compatible products support aerobic bacteria, which help digest contaminants without producing the same sulfur-containing odors associated with anaerobic conditions. In plain English: instead of masking the smell with fragrance, chlorine, ozone, or extra odor-control chemicals, the goal is to keep the reclaim water cleaner and less likely to become a smelly, stagnant tank.
